Internet Ordering: Our website is secured for e-commerce transactions. We do recommend that you use your print function to make a copy prior to submitting your order. In addition, you will receive a confirmation of your order by return e-mail. While visiting our website, you also have the option of printing a copy of your order and faxing it to the Light Ideas Gift Center. (In this case you would not submit the order form via the website.) Fax Ordering: Using your printed order copy, fax your order to 414-224-9426. Please be sure to include your credit card information. Phone Ordering: By calling 414-238-6888 you can place an order with one of our trained telephone operators.		Snail Mail Ordering: Send your order form to: Light Ideas Gallery Gift Center 207 E. Buffalo St. Milwaukee, WI 53202 Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks and money orders made payable to "Light Ideas". Please DO NOT send cash. Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling fees are added to your final purchase according to the following schedule. The fee is determined by the total sale. The schedule is as follows: Up to $19.99: $7.50 $20.00 to $49.99: $9.00 $50.00 to $99.99: $11.00 $100.00 and Over: $13.00 Delivery: Prints are sent within 1 to 2 weeks via US Priority Mail.		Last Minute Orders: If deadlines are involved we recommend you call us at 414-238-6888 and we will expedite your order so that it is received by your designated date. Substitutions: We do not make substitutions for out-of-stock items unless we telephone you first. International Shipments: Additional charges may be required. Charges will be calculated and added to your order based on the shipping weight and destination country at the time of shipping. Credit Card Purchases: We utilize the Wisconsin Order Center for processing credit card orders. If you are ordering with a credit card, your statement will say "WI-Order Center" along with the amount charged to your account.
