Exhibition Review:
The exhibition will feature the winners of the Light Ideas Gallery photography contest
"MKE Takin' It To The Streets". The theme was life on the streets in Milwaukee, WI and its suburbs.
The challenge was on photographers to pit their wits against the streets and capture that "decisive moment". Images could be an
iconic view or a shot that captured "the moment" or "slice of life" on the streets. The only requirement was
that the photos must have been taken on the streets of Milwaukee.

The gallery will also be one of the venues for the "Art Treasure Hunt" sponsored by the Milwaukee Artist
resource Network (MARN). The Hunt offers artworks at selected venues at $25 to $75 prices well below market value.
